Diversity Assured Accreditation
We are Committed 2 Equality - are you?
ProDiverse has been appointed by Committed to Equality, national diversity accreditation body to deliver support and audit services to organisations wishing to receive diversity assured accreditation. C2E (Committed2Equality) has developed a unique Diversity Assured Accreditation Programme, which gives companies their own equality policy and practice. The programme enables organisations to demonstrate a clear understanding of regulations on equal opportunities in their recruitment and employment practices; it also enhances relationships with suppliers, customers and the community.
To ensure that the standard is rigorously applied, accredited companies are re-assessed every year to confirm that they are maintaining and developing good equality practices.
As well as working with companies to achieve the C2E Diversity Assured kite mark, C2E lobbies for change, improvement and fairness with central and local government, trade and professional organisations and employers of all sizes across all sectors.
Come fly the kitemark with us

You're in great company
C2E's programmes are highly effective and are fast becoming the gold standard for diversity accreditation in the UK.
The kitemark demonstrates are reinforces organisations and their suppliers' commitment to corporate responsibility and openness in their recruitment, selection and procurement processes.
C2E has been supported by BEER (Department for Business, Enterprise & Regulatory Reform), EHRC (Equality and Human Rights Commission), ACAS (Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service), Barclays Bank and KPMG. c2e is also working closely with local authorities, major public companies and professional bodies, delivering the accreditation to organisations across the country.
Supplier Diversity
The C2E Supplier Diversity Programme seamlessly incorporates the latest best practice into sustainable procurement strategies.
The most visible outcome of an organisation's suppliers becoming certified through our nationally recognised programme is bring awarded the Diversity Footprint kitemark demonstrating the supplier's equality and diversity profile.
By making a positive public demonstration of its commitment to supplier diversity, organisations are declaring that they buy and sub-contract fairly with diversity maintained across the supply chain.
There is a very strong economic case for Supplier Diversity. The C2E programme supports local and national economic development by encouraging organisations to include minority and small locally-based businesses within the bid process. Having suppliers demonstrate their equality and diversity profile, means that there is another important differentiator against which to compare prospective suppliers.
C2E's Supplier Diversity Programme fulfils supply chain accreditation requirements and helps organisations to formally satisfy and demonstrate their statutory equality and diversity obligations.
Diversity Footprint
The Diversity Footprint* is Committed2Equality's (c2e) Supplier Diversity Certification programme, which results in companies being awarded a certificate that demonstrates that they are serious about their commitment to equality and diversity across the supply chain.
A Diversity Footprint - certified company demonstrates to its customers that it is committed to diversity practices in the workplace. For potential clients looking to work with diversity-aware companies they will be reassured that the accredited company is one that they can (and want to) deal with.
The Diversity Footprint is renewable annually and this rigorous approach ensures that high standards are maintained and enhanced across the supply chain.
