LONE PARENT PROJECT


EmployULVEmployability and Skills development project for lone parents - A London Development Agency Contract delivered from our offices in Enfield.


This project  pioneers an innovative approach to assist lone parents within the Upper Lea Valley area of North London into jobs by focusing on the needs (i.e. lack of knowledge of job market and work experience, basic skills, confidence, effective one-to-one support, perception of employers etc) of the individual to overcome significant barriers to enter employment. The project aims to raise employment within the priority specified wards which ranks amongst the most deprived SOAs (Super Output Area) in London to the level in the surrounding metropolitan region.
